CEI manages some 100,000 collision claims a year for many of the largest fleets and property and casualty insurance carriers throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Our portfolio includes passenger vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, and specialty vehicles.

Independent appraisers are required to write an estimate, take photos of vehicle damage and reach an agreed price with the body shop. The appraisals can be called in, and documents submitted via fax or e-mail, within 48 hours of receiving an assignment.  

Independent appraisers are paid a flat fee for each claim. Additional expenses, including extra mileage fees are reimbursed with prior approval. CEI will send payment within 30 days of receiving all documents and invoices.
