People and Communication
Employee communication and information sharing is a high priority at CEI.
The executive team makes sure employees are informed of new developments both in the company and industry-wide. Employees have the opportunity to meet clients and vendors personally through the many visits they make to CEI each month.
The company also publishes CEI @ the Intersection, a monthly employee newsletter that covers business happenings, employee recognitions, and articles highlighting unique and interesting aspects of employees’ lives. |

Training and Education
To assure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our clients, all new customer care center associates start their careers at CEI with an intensive four-week training program. Each employee receives two weeks of classroom instruction before advancing to the staging area to take live calls with supervised coaching. But it doesn’t end there. Our tenured staff receives periodic refresher training in our on-site training academy to improve performance and learn new skills.
CEI also utilizes external resources for continuous education, assuring that our all of our employees have a working knowledge of the current industry trends, regulations and technology necessary to effectively service all of our highly valued clients. |
