Join the CEI Direct Repair Network
CEI provides accident and collision claim management services to leading organizations in North America. Joining the CEI Network means being a part of a group that services more than 500 fleet and insurance clients, representing more than 600,000 vehicles, and having access to over 8,000 accident claims managed by CEI each month.

Repair facilities in CEI's Direct Repair Network benefit from a steady, reliable flow of work and the opportunity to repair newer, late-model automobiles, light-duty and heavy-duty trucks. Members also receive consistent claim payments through CEI’s centralized billing process, as well as an increased potential for repeat business by "word-of-mouth" promotion from fleet drivers and insured customers.

Enrollment Requirements
CEI is always looking to enroll qualified repair facilities into our Direct Repair Network. We consider such factors as a need for coverage in a particular area, equipment and repair quality, estimate cycle-time, average severity, and customer communication when evaluating potential new members.

To be considered for enrollment, please submit the following information:

1. Detailed description of your collision repair facility, including:

	Physical Address (No post office boxes please)
	Telephone Number
	Facsimile Number
	E-mail Address
	Website Address ( if available )
	Descriptive overview of you facility's capabilities and equipment (Please include personnel, frame equipment, paint booth(s), paint brand utilized, welding equipment, door heights, computing/point-of-sale equipment, etc.)

2. Color photographs of your facility: Include interior, exterior and customer waiting areas

3. A copy of the Garage Keeper's Liability
