We take the worry out of the repair process, giving policyholders confidence that you made the right choice by selecting the CEI Direct Repair Network, and that our shop will do the job right the first time. The proof is in a comeback rate of less than one-half of one percent, most for non-repair items that are quickly and easily rectified to the customer's satisfaction. Even though we rarely need to put our guarantee to the test, you can be confident we're always ready to stand behind our Network and their work.

All Repairs Backed by CEI Nationwide Worry-Free™ Guarantee

When you plug into CEI's Direct Repair Network, you and your policyholders are automatically covered by our Nationwide Worry-Free Guarantee. We certify that all our repairs, including parts, paint, materials and workmanship performed at one of our member facilities will be free of defects. If however, any problems do come up, no matter how big or small we'll make them good free of charge at one of our conveniently located collision repair locations.

We Put it in Writing for Your Policyholders

At the completion of the repair your customer is provided with a brochure that explains their repair is covered by a nationwide guarantee backed by CEI and that the CEI Direct Repair Network is preferred by their insurance carrier. The brochure introduces them to CEI, explains the terms of the guarantee and asks the customer to complete a brief CSI survey. Your customer gains added assurance knowing that their guarantee is within reach anywhere through a coast-to-coast network and they're covered for as long as they own or lease the vehicle.


CEI Worry-Free™ Guarantee Terms

CEI guarantees the repair workmanship on your vehicle meets generally accepted quality standards for the collision repair industry. The Worry-Free Nationwide Guarantee is honored at every CEI Direct Repair Network auto body and glass repair center throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Worry-Free Terms
CEI guarantees that all parts, repairs, paint, materials, and workmanship included in the original repair estimate are free of defects. CEI will repair or replace any defective parts, material or workmanship, provided such repairs were performed at an authorized CEI Direct Repair Network facility. Our guarantee is valid for as long as the customer listed on this document shall own or lease the vehicle covered under this guarantee. This guarantee shall provide that these repairs shall be free from defects in workmanship and on original equipment manufactured body parts, paint and materials.

Parts and labor for complete engine and transmission overhauls shall be guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months or twelve thousand (12,000) miles, whichever comes first. All other mechanical repairs shall be guaranteed against defects in parts for the term equal to the guarantee provided by the supplier of the parts involved.

Limitations

This limited guarantee is only extended to the owner or lessee of the vehicle and is not transferable. This guarantee does not cover damages resulting from another impact, prior repairs, abuse, normal wear items (batteries, tires, bulbs, wheel alignment, etc.) or environmental conditions. CEI disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Any damage caused by neglect, abuse or misuse is not covered under this guarantee.

The work performed could fail due to no fault of the repair facility. Adjacent or related parts to the repaired areas could fail, causing damage to the original repair. Under these circumstances this guarantee will not apply. In no event shall the parts guarantee extend beyond the terms offered by the parts supplier.

The Worry-Free Guarantee is a sign of our commitment to your total satisfaction. To obtain services under this guarantee or if you are not completely pleased with the repairs, please contact the CEI Warranty Services Department at 1-877-307-0460. Be sure to specify "CEI Guarantee Claim" when you call. Or write to: CEI Guarantee Services Department, Suite 2033, Trevose, PA 19053.

Any claim under this Agreement must be made to CEI upon the customer's notice of any defect. The customer must allow CEI or one of its agents to promptly inspect the vehicle in order for this guarantee to be valid.
