We've spent more that 25 years building and fine-tuning our coast-to-coast Direct Repair Network and continue to invest more than a half a million dollars annually to maintain it. Our origins are in the collision repair business go back to the 1950s. Fixing body damaged vehicles and having first-hand knowledge of the body shop business are among our core competencies. By integrating CEI's network into your program, you off-load the expense and administration of overseeing a top-notch DRP, freeing you to focus on what you do best.

No matter what your customers are driving or where they have an accident, there's a pre-qualified and managed CEI Direct Repair Network shop nearby. Our network spans all 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and every province in Canada. It currently includes more than 3,000 automotive repair centers, nearly 900 truck shops.

Our Network Services department consists of professionals who are dedicated to continually monitoring and managing our network. From searching for shops in specific geographic locations, to reviewing and approving applications, negotiating and renewing contracts, and conducting periodic performance reviews. The proof is in their performance with our network facilities consistently achieving customer satisfaction scores in the high 90 percent range and a comeback rate of less than 0.05 percent that really tells the story about the quality of workmanship they deliver.

To join our network, body shops undergo a careful review process that includes meeting the following criteria:

- High levels of customer satisfaction
- Customer pick-up service
- Strong reputation among independent appraisers
- Clean and attractive facilities
- Digital information technology
- Proper liability insurance coverage
- Some additional requirements for truck shops include: appropriate door height, ability to fabricate parts, and to handle hydraulics, lift gates, etc.
