Track Secondary Drivers
Our proven fleet risk solution can now help you manage risk of the secondary driver population. For fleets that permit secondary drivers, this new feature within Risk Manager creates visibility into this unique driver population. It establishes a distinct motor vehicle record grading scale for secondary drivers that differ from the scale used for the fleet. It automates communications to employees about the eligibility of their secondary driver to operate the company vehicle. And you get easy access to information for each secondary right from a link within the primary fleet driver’s online profile
Visibility at All Levels
Risk Manager offers an enterprise-wide, common platform through which everyone can be informed of what’s happening regarding the fleet. It provides secure managerial access to the records of only those drivers that have a reporting relationship with specific managers. Fleet drivers also have access to their own profiles through the site, which includes information about their accidents, education, violations and risk point history. And each new season, a digital copy of CEI’s safe driving newsletter is published right on the site for all subscribers to DriverCare Risk Manager.

Risk Manager tracks and measures the risk of your fleet and provides data on a daily basis to all of the people in your organization who need it, while at the same time delivering safety awareness messages down to drivers in the field. Everyone from risk, fleet, HR and safety manages, to drivers, territory managers, directors and executives can all be involved. It uses both point values and time weighting to determine risk levels allowing you to emphasize more recent events and those that are the most serious infractions to your organization.

We build customized company-specific driver safety policy modules that are delivered and tracked right through the Risk Manager site. Modules can feature your company’s unique branding and present the employee a complete review of your policy, which is organized into easy to follow chapters.
